Our story started in a dorm room almost a decade ago. As broke college students with a dollar and a dream, we were introduced to the Industry of Direct Selling, and through trial and error learned the power of social media, digital branding and attraction marketing. Over the course of 7 years, we branded a young professional movements which helped companies grow tens of millions of dollars in yearly revenue inspiring us to dream even bigger.

With a burning desire to support entrepreneurs paired with the knowledge and resources required to help companies optimize their digital footprint we launched Invigor8 with the mission to build a better world through better business by providing quality digital marketing at an affordable price.

Rather than charging thousands of dollars for a retainer like the majority of agencies we chose to provide as much free value as possible in the form of strategy consulting and only charge for the services themselves, which allows us to serve clients with a budget as low as $500.00/month.

Luke started his entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19 with the loan from his parents. By 21 he had a business that was doing over $10 million a year in annual revenue. By 23 he had created a sales team with over 30,000 people in all 50 states and 22 countries. In a twist of fate, that same year he lost it all and had to start over from scratch. Over the next three years he attempted to launch multiple businesses which all eventually failed, but by turning his losses into lessons, he grew stronger with each failure. Eventually, with a $3000 investment, he started Invigor8, and since then, with the help of the other incredible Co-Founders as well as a world-class team, Invigor8 has evolved into a top to your agency with its eyes set on disrupting the Digital marketing industry.

Jamie started his journey at 18 years old while going to college at Michigan State University. He was working at Taco Bell and was introduced to direct sales, which changed his life. He built a team of thousands of people in travel the world internationally speaking on stages, giving sales training, mentoring teams and telling his story. Over the course of seven years, Jamie help to create many systems for duplication and marketing tools for every sales organization he has been a part of. Jamie has demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. He is skilled in sales, project management, public speaking, and business development. He understands how to take a vision and translate it into the necessary action steps to make it a reality. Jamie is an expert at creating business plans and managing large marketing campaigns.

Alex Lombard, co-founder and a Chief Marketing Officer at Invigor8, began his entrepreneurial journey at 21 years old. He got his start in the direct sales industry and bounced around for four years. He did well enough to support himself but never got to high levels of wealth and freedom. Along the way he built up some very large Instagram brands and eventually transitioned into the digital marketing space full-time after partnering with Luke, Jamie, and Travis, bringing the idea of starting an Instagram influencer company. Since then, that company has turned into a full scale digital marketing platform called Invigor8. Alex is an expert at branding and marketing on Instagram with the personal following them almost 1 Million people. He works primarily with major influencers helping them portray their influence through a credible brand online.

Jordan boasts a dynamic mix of digital marketing expertise, mainly focusing on paid media solutions. His background stems from an early career catalyst at Google while working on mastering the paid social space on the side. Jordan has experience working on paid media for some of the largest and most recognizable brands in the world, including Lyft, AirBnb, Adidas, and more – managing budgets anywhere from $1,000 per month to upwards of $1.5 million dollars per month. With more than a decade of experience under his belt at such a young age, Jordan has spent more than $40 million dollars on Facebook and nearly twice that on Google.

Jordan’s demonstrated ability to scale a brand from the ground up while also leading paid media teams and driving growth for some of the country’s biggest digital agencies speaks volumes of his work ethic and dedication to every client’s success. Terms of Service for Young Pros Corp and Invigor8

A. The Client is of the opinion that the Contractor, has the necessary
qualifications, experience and abilities to provide services to the Client.
B. The Contractor is agreeable to providing such services to the Client
on the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement.
IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the
mutual benefits and obligations set forth in this Agreement, the receipt
and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the
Client and the Contractor (individually the "Party" and collectively the
"Parties" to this Agreement) agree as follows:

Services Provided

1. The Client hereby agrees to engage the Contractor to provide the
Client with services, depending on the package, consisting of:
Digital Report Card Creation, Listing Creation, Review &
Reputation Management, Social Media Management, Website
Creation & Management, Digital Advertising Campaigns on
Facebook, Instagram, Google, Youtube, Twitter, Display, Banner,
and more, SEO management, Engagement group access, targeted
follower growth, market research on your account, geo location
targeting, lead generation, videography, photography, press releases,

2. The Services will also include any other tasks which the Parties may
agree on. The Contractor hereby agrees to provide such Services to the

Term of Agreement

3. The term of this Agreement (the "Term") will begin on date payment
is received and will remain in full force and effect until the completion
of the Services after 1 month, subject to earlier termination as provided
in this Agreement with 72 hours notice of cancellation. The Term of
this Agreement may be extended by mutual agreement of the Parties.
This term will only change when the service has a 3 month, 6 month, or
12 month term, in which case the client will need to provide at least 7
days notice of termination.

4. In the event that either Party breaches a material provision under this
Agreement, the non defaulting Party may terminate this Agreement and
require the defaulting Party to indemnify the non-defaulting Party
against all reasonable damages.


5. The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms
of this Agreement take effect.

6. All personal info including account usernames and passwords are safe
and secure. Under this agreement, YPC/Invigor8 is required to keep all
account information private. This agreement prevents YPC/Invigor8
from changing any of your account information and prevents it from
doing anything outside of the agreed services provided.


7. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, all monetary
amounts referred to in this Agreement are in US Dollars.

8. For the services rendered by the Contractor as required by this
Agreement, the Client will provide compensation to the Contractor at the
agreed upon rate depending on the package chosen.

8. The Compensation will be payable on a one time or monthly basis,
while this Agreement is in force. Compensation will be collected 30
days after the activating of service in the case of any monthly service.

10. The above Compensation includes all applicable sales tax, and duties
as required by law.

Additional Resources

11. The Contractor agrees to provide the following resources:
-24/7 support via email, text, live chat and phone
-Branding and strategy sessions that are scheduled
Ownership of Materials and Intellectual Property

11. All intellectual property and related materials (the "Intellectual
Property") including any related work in progress that is developed or
produced under this Agreement, will be the sole property of the Client.
The use of the Intellectual Property by the Client will not be restricted in
any manner.

12. The Contractor may not use the Intellectual Property for any purpose
other than that contracted for in this Agreement except with the written
consent of the Client. The Contractor will be responsible for any and all
damages resulting from the unauthorized use of the Intellectual Property.

Return of Property

13. Upon the expiry or termination of this Agreement, the Contractor
will return to the Client any property, documentation, records, or
Confidential Information which is the property of the Client.
Capacity/Independent Contractor

14. In providing the Services under this Agreement it is expressly agreed
that the Contractor is acting as an independent contractor and not as an
employee. The Contractor and the Client acknowledge that this
Agreement does not create a partnership or joint venture between them,
and is exclusively a contract for service.


15. All notices, requests, demands or other communications required or
permitted by the terms of this Agreement will be given in writing and
delivered to the Parties of this Agreement as follows:
16. Except to the extent paid in settlement from any applicable insurance
policies, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, each Party agrees
to indemnify and hold harmless the other Party, and its respective
directors, stockholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and
permitted successors and assigns against any and all claims, losses,
damages, liabilities, penalties, punitive damages, expenses, reasonable
legal fees and costs of any kind or amount whatsoever, which result
from or arise out of any act or omission of the indemnifying party, its
respective directors, stockholders, affiliates, officers, agents, employees,
and permitted successors and assigns that occurs in connection with this
Agreement. This indemnification will survive the termination of this

Additional Clause

17. Cancellation on our website must be complete within 72 hours our
your payment due date.
Legal Expenses

18. In the event that legal action is brought to enforce or interpret any
term of this Agreement, the prevailing Party will be entitled to recover,
in addition to any other damages or award, all reasonable legal costs and
fees associated with the action.

Governing Law

19. It is the intention of the Parties to this Terms of Service Agreement
that this Agreement and the performance under this Agreement, and all
suits and special proceedings under this Agreement, be construed in
accordance with and governed, to the exclusion of the law of any other
forum, by the laws of Michigan, without regard to the jurisdiction in
which any action or special proceeding may be instituted.
